What is NDIS Accommodation?
Supported Independent Living, or SIL, is NDIS-funded accommodation where you live in a shared home with support staff on hand, day and night.
It's not a facility. It's not a group home from 20 years ago. It's a real house, in a real suburb, with people around you and a support team that actually shows up.

A regular house in a residential suburb. You'll have your own bedroom, share common areas like the kitchen and living room, and have support staff on site or on call depending on your needs. Nothing institutional about it.
We match based on lifestyle, personality and support needs, not just whoever needs a room. The goal is a house that actually works for everyone in it.
SIL is intended as longer term accommodation, not short stays. If you're looking for short term or respite options, we can point you toward the right services.
If you already have support workers you trust, talk to us. We work with participants to make transitions as smooth as possible and understand that relationships with existing support staff matter.
SIL covers the cost of your support workers. SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) covers the physical home itself for people with very high support needs. Some people have both, most SIL participants don't need SDA. If you're unsure which applies to you, your support coordinator can clarify.
